Track
– The track will consist of two parts.  The first part will be UTT 2.  UTT 2 will be used to qualify pilots who want to race in the Micro Race during the event.  At the event pilots will fly the UTT course but will connect to the second part of the track so it will be a longer overall track for racing.

Track 2

OSD – Name Required

8 teams will race in a 24 minute race. Teams must have 4 pilots and are allowed up to 3 additional support members. The entire course will be elevated. 4 pilots per team, up to 4 additional team members for battery swaps, navigation, quad retrieval etc.
Teams will fly as many laps as they can in the 24 minutes of the race.

Each pilot must run at least 20% of the total number of laps. The additional laps will be removed. For example if pilot a runs 10 laps, b 20 laps, c 20 laps and d 15 laps the total laps run would be 65 laps. 10 laps is lower than 20% so the team would only get 50 laps since 10 is 20% of 50.

During a race each time will have only 1 frequency to use. If a quad crashes a team member wearing safety gear must retrieve the quad. We intend to have quarter finals, semi finals and finals. The entire event needs to fit into a 4 hour block from start to awards we can have 16-24 total teams enter based on this plan.
